These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Tennect mobile app, including account, profile, player and field search, postings, media, comments, messages, match and training requests, results, rankings, notifications, support, and other related features.
By using the app, creating an account, or posting content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with the Terms, do not use the app.
Important: Tennect is a platform for tennis fans. The goal of the application is to connect tennis players, facilitate the arrangement of the game and enable the sharing of content related to tennis, sports, training, courts, equipment and the tennis community.
The Tennect application is managed by the Tennect application operator. For questions about these Terms, abuse reports, moderation complaints, or other questions, please contact us at tennect@outlook.com.
These Terms explain the rules for using the app. The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the app, you agree that your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
You can use Tennect for the personal, sports and tennis community: finding players, arranging matches and training, tracking results, sharing tennis content, commenting, communicating with other users, searching the court and monitoring tennis progress.
You may not use the app for any unlawful, deceptive, violent, commercially aggressive, harassing, or other purpose that is inconsistent with the tennis community and these Terms.
User content includes everything you enter, post, submit, or upload to the app, including text, photos, videos, links, captions, comments, messages, match announcements, results, disputes, equipment reviews, field check-in, and profile information.
The platform is intended for tennis fans. The content should be related to tennis, sports, training, courts, equipment, competitions, results, player experience or healthy sports communication.

Tennect may review applications, content, accounts, and activities to protect users, comply with the law, prevent abuse, and preserve the tennis community.
Reports and blocks are safety tools. When objectionable content or abusive behavior is reported or a user is blocked, Tennect may create a moderation record, notify the developer or moderation contact, review the matter within 24 hours where required, and remove offending content or eject the offending user if these Terms are violated.
If you believe that the content or account was incorrectly restricted, you can submit a reasoned complaint to tennect@outlook.com. Tennect may, but is not obliged to, return the content or the order if it deems that the measure was justified.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennect reserves the right to take action at any time, with or without prior notice, if it deems it necessary for the safety, integrity of the application, compliance with the law or the protection of the community.

Tennect reserves the right to deactivate, anonymize or delete accounts that are inactive. Inactivity can include a period of at least 12 months without a login, post, comment, message, match or training request, confirmed result, or other significant activity in the app.
When reasonably possible, Tennect may send a notification before deleting an inactive account. However, Tennect is not liable if a notification is not received due to an incorrect email address, technical issue, disconnected notifications or other reasons beyond Tennect's control.
Tennect helps users connect and arrange a match or training session, but is not an organizer, coach, referee, payment intermediary, court owner, or live safety guarantor.
Results, statistics, XP points, levels, rankings and display of activities are used for recreational and social monitoring of tennis progress. They do not constitute an official sports rank, certificate, game level guarantee or professional rating.
Users must enter results honestly. Tennect may check, dispute, correct, hide, invalidate or reset the results and related data if there is an error, dispute, technical problem, manipulation or misuse.
The application can display data on courts, maps, weather forecast, tennis news, link preview data and other information from external sources. This information may be inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date, or temporarily unavailable.
For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies to the app license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms govern Tennect account, community, moderation, content, and service use in addition to the app store license terms.
Tennect may offer a Pro plan, subscription, trial, or other paid features. On the iOS/Apple version of the app, purchases and collections are made through Apple App Store, Apple ID account and Apple's in-app purchases system. On the Android version of the application, purchase and collection are done through Google Play, Google account and Google Play Billing service.
Price, subscription duration, trial period, auto-renewal, cancellation, taxes and other policies will be displayed in the app and/or in the relevant app store before purchase. You manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, depending on the platform on which the purchase was made.
Apple or Google, depending on the platform, process billing, purchase confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes according to their own policies. Tennect does not store payment card number, CVV or payment instrument details. If a purchase is canceled, expired, declined, refunded, or marked invalid, Tennect may restrict or terminate access to Pro features.
Tennect may change, add, limit or terminate paid functions in accordance with the law, Apple App Store rules, Google Play rules and these Terms.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
Tennect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, safe from every risk or that every data will be saved without loss.
We may temporarily or permanently change, restrict, suspend or discontinue any feature of the App for maintenance, improvement, security, business reasons, requests from third party service providers, or legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tennect, the application operator, owner, associates, service providers and affiliates are not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tennect, the App Operator, Owner, Affiliates and Service Providers, to the extent permitted by law, from and against claims, damages, costs, penalties, liabilities and reasonable legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, your misuse of the App, your violation of the rights of third parties or your conduct towards other users.
The name Tennect, logo, design, interface, texts, functionalities, databases, code, visual elements and other elements of the application belong to Tennect or the persons who have given the appropriate permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or use these elements outside of the permitted use of the App.
Tennect may remove content, restrict an account, preserve data, or disclose data when necessary to comply with the law, comply with orders from a competent authority, protect user safety, prevent fraud, protect Tennect's rights, or respond to serious misuse.
Tennect may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published in the app, on the website or other appropriate place. If you continue to use the app after the changes have taken effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the app and request deletion of your account in accordance with the available features and Privacy Policy.
You can stop using the app at any time. If you request deletion of your account, Tennect will act in accordance with the available technical capabilities, Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some data may remain in anonymized, aggregated, or legally required form for security, integrity of results, moderation, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Unless otherwise required by the mandatory regulations of the beneficiary country, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved amicably by contacting tennect@outlook.com. If a peaceful solution is not possible, jurisdiction shall be determined according to the applicable law and the seat or residence of the application operator.
